Cash Before Delivery is required for the first transaction. Payment terms on subsequent orders can be discussed.
For payment: ACH, Cheque, and Credit Card options are available.
SUS America,Inc. bills through PayPal for payments made by credit card.

SUS's uncut frames have a maximum length of 4000mm. Please confirm with your transportation company that they can accommodate extreme length pallets/crates.
Custom Structure Order
Send a sketch to SUS at sales2@susamericainc.com including dimensions and load capacity.
You and SUS revise the drawing specifications.
SUS provides the RFQ.
You submit the Purchase Order.
Assembly begins (if requested).
Items are shipped out.
Parts Order
Send Parts list including item numbers, quantities, and lengths of cut frames to SUS at sales2@susamericainc.com
